We
all have our Story... Its what happens when you get
the gig of Being Human.
Butcher,
Baker, Candlestick Breaker... we all have something to tell
to one another. It can seem like the Earth is the Conversational
DisneyLand of the Gods!
What
I want to tell you is my story around
my 15 year exploration of Truth... Please read on.
Around
1990 I had a very solid "WHUMP upside my head" when
my 1st marriage started unraveling at break-neck speed.
That WHUMP served to do two things:
1) wake my sorry unconscious arse up out of a 30 year slumber
2) bring my attention around to a crazy concept called The Truth.
Up
until this time I was soundly and deeply embedded in a
life of illusions and lies... up until this point I
had done my best to run and hide every time the Truth came
knockin' at my door. Being a creative artistic individual
really helped me do this. Man! could I come up
with some doozy
Bullshit!!
At
some point, probably during High School, I started
believing my own crap - but
then, sometime around summer 1990, I realized that it
was time to take out the "mind" Trash.
And,
of course, at this time a good friend said to me "there's
is this neat workshop you might enjoy; it's called the Enlightenment
Intensive." I had no way of knowing at the
time that this was a One-Way door, and it would allow me
to enter into Depths of Reality that I had only read about.
I
have had many teachers over the years. Most have
been in the realm of the Enlightenment Intensives.
These people are all 'Enlightenment' Masters and have
given their amazing gifts to the world, and to me,
and I Heartfully acknowledge them here:
(in order of appearance!) Judy Crawford Smith, Ann Airde, Colleen Santini, Russell
Scott, Anjali Hill, Keith Tarswell, Satyen Raja, Josephine Lawless, Murray Kennedy.
And throughout, the Master's Master: Lawrence Noyes, who reminded me that my
main job here on earth was to be Authentic.
Each
and everyone of these people helped to support me and
guide me through the Twisting Tunnels and Brilliant
Byways on my journey towards Truth... |
And
what a path! My first Enlightenment Intensive burned
out some serious circuitry in my Mind.... I really got
that the bible quote "the wise man builds his house
upon the rock" was totally correct. And that
rock was, is, and always will be The Truth. (Hell,
before all this I didn't even know that the Truth could
have a Capital "T"!) At this time I realized
that I'd spent 30 years building sand castles and then
getting so upset when Life's rains came by and washed them
all away!
At
the completion of my 1st Enlightenment Intensive, Mastered
by Judy and Ann, I realized that I needed to serve God
(or, for me more accurately "The Primary Facilitating
Mechanism of the Universe"). It has taken me many
years to find my own way to do this, and the Enlightenment
Intensive is one of the ways I give back to the Universe.
Over
the next decade, I was blessed with great teachers and great
trials. I was constantly reminded that
"Challenges
are Inevitable, Learning is Optional!".
Mostly
focusing in the Enlightenment Intensives (though doing other
personal growth-work on 'the side') I staffed and participated
and staffed some more.
About
6 years
ago I completed my Master's Training course in the
High Sierra's of the Southwestern United States. Ten days
of formal training and amazing support by Lawrence Noyes
and the other 9 Master's-In-Training. What an EXPERIENCE!
Even if you do not plan on facilitating these workshops I
HIGHLY recommend doing the training course with Lawrence.
In it you really get to see the beautiful Gift that this
Workshop is to the world!
At
the end of 2001 I gave my first SOLO, or Student, Enlightenment
Intensive. Another piece of the
Truth was revealed to me: I CAN do this work. I CAN give
this Gift to the world as well. I could now follow on the
Path that my wonderful teachers had walked before me.
And, God willing, lead others onto its Amazingly Brilliant Way...
Three
years ago I arrived in Vancouver. Over the last few
years I've set up my life, made wonderful friends
and entered
into a wonderful committed relationship.
I
have set up my new company NoWallsLiving.com (a
sister company to my NoWallsDesign graphics
company, BrilliantEYE.ca photography
works, and NoWallsMusic.com where
my music resides) to help me get my work out to Western
Canada. I intend to expand, grow, and not with a little
humour,
spread
my
passion for Truth around!
Having
worked with so many different Masters and Teachers I am blessed
